In Search of Life
Stories, reflections, and yoga from a wandering yogi.
A LETTER
TO YOU
This space is - A collection of stories, reflections, and lessons gathered through years of travel, yoga, and inner exploration. This 'Blog' is a space where I share real experiences from the road, insights from yoga and meditation, and updates on retreats, trainings, and offerings from Anahat Yoga Ashram.
What began as a journey across roads and mountains has blossomed into Anahat Yoga Ashram -
'A space where these experiences are shared through retreats, teacher trainings, and the living wisdom of yoga.'

Alone. Cold. Surrounded by the dead.
But it wasn’t ghosts that haunted me — it was the voice inside.
That night, something broke… and something sacred was born.
