In Search of Life

Stories, reflections, and yoga from a wandering yogi.

A LETTER
TO YOU

This space is - A collection of stories, reflections, and lessons gathered through years of travel, yoga, and inner exploration. This 'Blog' is a space where I share real experiences from the road, insights from yoga and meditation, and updates on retreats, trainings, and offerings from Anahat Yoga Ashram.

What began as a journey across roads and mountains has blossomed into Anahat Yoga Ashram -
'A space where these experiences are shared through retreats, teacher trainings, and the living wisdom of yoga.'

How a yogi family in Nepal didn’t just give me shelter — they gave me my Self.

I didn’t leave to travel — I left to listen.
One day, the noise of life became too loud, and I heard a whisper: “There’s more.”
This is the story of the moment I said yes — to the unknown, to the breath, to the road.

Alone. Cold. Surrounded by the dead.
But it wasn’t ghosts that haunted me — it was the voice inside.
That night, something broke… and something sacred was born.

Meet Vishal

...That was the moment I stopped being a traveler… and became a student of life.

Since then, yoga has not been a class or a routine. It has been my language, my compass, my breath.

I don’t write this blog to teach. I write to walk beside you.
In stillness and storms, in joy and longing — we are all journeying home.

Thank you for meeting me here. I hope in my stories, you feel a little more seen, a little more softened, a little more free.

Reflections

of My Journey

in Their Stories

I never set out to be seen — only to live sincerely. But along the way, a few kind souls reflected my journey back through their words. These stories are not about me, but about something we all carry: the longing to be free, to be true, to just be.
